Jacqui Wilkins is an experienced management consultant, having worked with prestigious companies such as PwC and IBM. She also has extensive experience in operational management roles, executive and Board positions.

Jacqui has worked with major national and international companies in a variety of industries including financial services, management and professional services, retail, telecommunications and manufacturing. Along with extensive government experience as a consultant at the local, state and federal levels, Jacqui has worked in the not-for-profit sector as a volunteer, consultant and board member.She has mastered a unique set of skills that have come from more than 20 years of direct and personal involvement in all aspects of consulting. She has been the buyer of consulting services, a client employee working with consultants, a manager in major consulting firms, an owner of two management consulting businesses, an auditor of consulting services and a service provider.

At the core, Jacqui has a unique ability to leverage the critical relationships between organisational culture, governance and leadership action to drive company performance.

Prior to her consulting career, Jacqui was a member of the NSW Government’s Senior Executive Service in charge of corporate services for a number of departments over a seven year period. Her areas of responsibility included human resources, finance, administration and records, assets, risk management, fleet services, information technology, legal services and quality management.

As a change strategy consultant with PwC Consulting and IBM Management Consulting, Jacqui delivered client services and was also a core team member in developing internationally applied work method and points of view regarding organisational transformation.

Jacqui has founded and led a change management consulting company and, since 2004, has worked on an occasional basis with Information Services Group Inc. as subject matter expert. In this role she has led the establishment of sourcing management and governance arrangements for shared services and outsourced arrangements, conducted function reviews and coached clients in change strategy and management.

Jacqui’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Education, Masters of Business Administration and Australian Institute of Company Director’s Diploma. Jacqui makes an ongoing commitment to the continuing education commitment required of Fellows of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) by actively furthering her professional qualifications. As a result, she commits to bringing contemporary management and consulting practices to every client.
